Who/What inspired you to go into education?

Something Interesting about you:

 I speak French.

Your favorite things:

Chocolate--especially when mixed with caramel; Gatorade; Target; Crumbl, Costa Vida, Zupas, basically any food except sushi; sticky notes; Extra Polar Ice gum.

What is your favorite Leader In Me habit and why?

Seek first to understand then to be understood--listening and really hearing people is a rare ability. Lots of hard situations can be worked through if people are willing to listen rather than wait for their turn to talk.
