Who/What inspired you to go into education?

 I was at the school in the PTA presidency so much that I decided I might as well work at the school as a teacher. I went back to school and got a Masters degree in education.

What do you do when you aren't in school?

 Travel as much as possible

Favorite quote or your philosophy on education?

 "Education breeds confidence"-Confucious

Favorite book?

 I will never be able to choose. I love to read too much to choose a favorite.

Something Interesting about you:

 I take high school kids to tour Europe every summer with my best friend of 32 years. The best friend that I met right here at Roosevelt in 6th grade.
