Mrs. Loya Baca

-Mrs. Loya-Baca is our Multi-language Learner Teacher and has worked here for 4 years! Her favorite thing to do at school is to teach and see the growth that her students make. She loves seeing the kids’ smiles during the day. She says that the best part of her job is seeing the kids eager to learn. Her favorite thing about school is the new building and air conditioning.  Her favorite food is Mexican and Asian Food. Her favorite family activity is walking and hiking. She has tried many hikes, including one she thinks she couldn't do now. She has one pet poodle named Angel. She is originally from Colorado. Her favorite vacation she's been on was to visit family in Europe. When she gets a break from school, her favorite thing to do is to sleep and clean.

Mrs.Charli  

-Mrs.Charli has worked at Roosevelt since August as our Multi-language learner aide. Her favorite thing to do at school is to teach the kids that come into the classroom she shares with Mrs. Loya-Baca. Her absolute favorite thing about school is getting to know the kids.The best part of working with the students is getting to create the fun lessons her students enjoy. Her favorite food to eat is sushi. Her favorite family activity is going to arcades. She has two pets: a dog named Peaches and a cat named Kris because they found her on Christmas. She is from Windfield, Kansas. Her favorite vacation was to Japan. When she gets a break from school she loves to hang out with her family.
