Leader in Me

The Leader In Me Program (LIM) is used to teach leadership skills to students, create a culture of student leaders, and empower students to lead their own learning.  We use the eight habits as guides for decision-making and behavior.  The five paradigms drive the Leader In Me process and inform our schoolwide and classroom practices.  The four disciplines help teachers and students achieve their goals.

The 8 Habits

Habit 1: Be Proactive

Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind

Habit 3: Put First Things First

Habit 4: Think Win Win

Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood

Habit 6: Synergize

Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw

Habit 8: Find Your Voice
