1. Welcome and Call to Order and take roll: Bryce Bowman

2. Review of current Plan and Budget: Kitty Barney

1. Reading
a. Reading Aide Salaries = $16,000 Spent $6,700.00
b. Art Aide Salary = $7,000 Spent $3,100.00
c. Chromebook Leases = $2,500 Spent $2,500.00
d. Headphones, mice, etc = $500
e. Leader in Me student books = $2,500 Spent $607.82
2. Math
a. Math Aide Salaries = $16,000 Spent $6,700.00
b. Computer Aide = $7,000 Spent $3,100.00
c. Chromebook Leases = $9,000 Spent $9,000.00
d. Headphones, mice, etc. =$500
e. Software (IXL, Dreambox, etc.) = $2,500 Spent $2,500.00

4. Set Goals for 2022-2023: motion to keep reading and math goals from 2021-22 but possibly increase the percentage of growth.
1. Reading Goal - At least 70% of students in grades kindergarten through 6th grade will show typical or above typical growth, using Acadience.
2. Math Goal -At least 85% of students in grades kindergarten through 6th grade with at least 85% attendance, will show at least 60% growth or higher, or achieve 100% on the math SGA.

6. Nominations for parent members for the 2022-2023 school year!
1. Brea Eskelsen said she would like to be a member again.
2. Bryce Bowman and Jessica Oyler will run for a second term
3. Kelly Burnett, Aubrey Allen, Andrea Pitts will continue for their 2nd year of their first term
4. Cherleen Simone, Justyn Zook, and Nanci Hart will continue for the 2nd year of their first term
